WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our client is seeking a Vice President, eCommerce & Loyalty. This role will be responsible for driving revenue performance across digital sales channels and guest engagement platforms.
This leader will oversee first-party digital growth, loyalty performance, and third-party delivery partnerships to ensure each channel contributes profitable and sustainable growth aligned with overall commercial objectives.


Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Driving first-party digital sales growth and optimizing channel mix
  • Increasing loyalty program enrollment, engagement, and frequency
  • Managing third-party delivery partnerships and performance
  • Developing strategies to transition guests toward owned digital channels
  • Aligning channel performance with key demand periods and dayparts
  • Delivering digital sales growth that outpaces overall system growth
  • Ensuring third-party partnerships drive incremental revenue
  • Strengthening loyalty engagement and measurable guest frequency improvements
  • Creating clear strategies to increase adoption of owned digital ordering over time
  • Partnering cross-functionally to align digital channels with broader demand generation initiatives


QUALIFICATIONS
