Job Description

Our client, a fast-growing, innovation-driven consumer and commercial products company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead its next phase of growth.

This executive will be responsible for driving revenue through an integrated approach to marketing, product positioning, digital commerce, and sales partnership. The VP of Marketing will own the end-to-end marketing strategy including brand and communications, promotion strategy and execution, demand generation across B2C and B2B channels, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, creative and content oversight, and digital customer experience.

The role partners closely with eCommerce and Sales leadership to build qualified pipeline, maintain consistent messaging, and drive effective go-to-market execution across all revenue channels.

Success requires balancing long-term brand building with near-term revenue performance while ensuring strong cross-functional alignment. As a member of the executive leadership team, this role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for building scalable teams, systems, and processes to support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Executive Leadership
  • Define and execute an integrated marketing and revenue growth strategy
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management
  • Prioritize initiatives across marketing, digital commerce, and revenue growth programs
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing leadership teams

Brand & Communications
  • Own brand strategy, positioning, and messaging architecture
  • Ensure brand consistency across marketing, digital, and sales touchpoints
  • Oversee communications, PR, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Guide storytelling and narrative development for campaigns, launches, and company initiatives

Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
  • Lead demand generation strategy across paid, organic, affiliate, and partner channels
  • Optimize channel mix to drive scalable and efficient growth
  • Improve acquisition efficiency, lead quality, and pipeline performance through data-driven testing

Sales Partnership & Enablement
  • Partner with Sales leadership on revenue strategy and go-to-market alignment
  • Ensure consistent messaging across marketing and sales organizations
  • Oversee development of sales enablement tools, content, and messaging
  • Align marketing-generated demand with sales follow-up and pipeline outcomes

Creative & Content Oversight
  • Provide executive oversight of the in-house creative and content organization
  • Ensure creative supports demand generation, sales enablement, and digital experiences
  • Partner with creative leadership on prioritization, quality, and scalability

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market
  • Align product, marketing, digital commerce, and sales teams around go-to-market strategy
  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation
  • Ensure readiness across marketing, sales, and digital channels for product launches and initiatives

Marketing Operations, Analytics & AI
  • Own marketing data infrastructure and performance reporting frameworks
  • Define measurement and attribution across revenue channels
  • Align reporting across marketing, sales, and digital commerce teams
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships

Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
  • Experience supporting both B2C and B2B business models
  • Proven track record driving revenue through marketing and digital commerce
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership in revenue-focused organizations
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to balance brand-building with performance marketing
  • Experience working with executive leadership teams
