Job Description

The Senior Marketing Coordinator is largely focused on social media and experiential marketing activations in support of licensed content and merchandise revenue streams. Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Los Angeles.


Responsibilities:

 
  • Assisting in the management of any social media or experiential activations
  • Understanding and tracking key distribution and licensing plans as needed
  • Interpreting insights and trends that inform that marketing plans
  • Participating in and supporting various cross-promotions
  • Participating in meetings with key stakeholders
  • Developing PowerPoint presentations as needed
  • Attend conventions as determined by the Director of Marketing
  • Providing support for marketing approvals over assets submitted by 3rd party partners


The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

 
  • At least 2-5 years of recent, relevant marketing experience
  • A willingness to travel and attend major conventions
  • Proficiency with one or more of the following design software programs: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop,and Premiere Pro
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid work ethic
  • The ability to manage against and deliver work on time
  • Openness to new tools and technology, changing work patterns as the work environments change
  • A college degree


The Ideal Candidate May Have:

 
  • Experience in entertainment or an entertainment adjacent sector like gaming
