Sales Executive – Healthcare Advertising (fully remote role)
Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional with a passion for healthcare marketing?
We are looking for a high energy Sales Account Executive to play a key role in developing and managing new healthcare advertising business with our full-service advertising agency client. If you’re a self-starter with a talent for relationship-building and a desire to work with innovative healthcare brands this is the opportunity for you!
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and managing healthcare advertising accounts while collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaign success. Your mission is to grow and retain clients through strategic, data-driven marketing solutions.
Sales & Business Development:
-Prospect new healthcare clients through networking, referrals, and outreach (phone, email, and in-person meetings).
-Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, marketing decision-makers, and hospital systems.
-Identify client needs and develop compelling, data-driven advertising solutions.
-Create and deliver persuasive presentations that showcase the value of services.
-Negotiate contracts and manage the onboarding process for new clients.
-Meet and exceed sales quotas (pacing at $2.5M in sales by the end of the first calendar year).
-Conduct a minimum of 4 prospect meetings per month after the first six weeks.
-Make 100+ calls per week to book at least 2 meetings weekly.
Client Onboarding & Account Management:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and execution.
-Finalize campaign details including geo-targeting, budget allocation, tactics, and start dates.
-Schedule initial touch-base calls and regular check-ins to build long-term relationships.
-Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, digital) to develop and execute customized advertising strategies.
-Manage budgets, oversee media plans, and ensure all campaigns align with client objectives.
-Regularly update clients on campaign performance, upcoming initiatives, and new opportunities.
-Conduct checkins to assess campaign effectiveness and discuss any adjustments.
Strategic Leadership & Innovation:
-Stay ahead of industry trends and healthcare marketing advancements to bring fresh ideas to clients.
-Identify opportunities for growth and upsell additional services that benefit the client’s business.
-Work closely with the creative and media teams to refine messaging and optimize results.
-Maintain a high standard of quality control for all client deliverables.
-Lead client meetings, provide strategic insights, and drive the agenda for success.
-Serve as a mentor to internal team members and contribute to the agency’s growth.
