Role Overview We’re seeking a driven and analytical SEO Specialist to support organic search strategy across a portfolio of consumer-facing brands, including both eCommerce and lead-generation websites. Reporting to the SEO Manager, this role will contribute to bringing SEO capabilities in-house by executing day-to-day optimization efforts and supporting long-term growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support execution and prioritization of SEO strategy across multiple brands and websites
  • Stay current on SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and evolving search trends
  • Assist with emerging search initiatives, including AI-driven search and answer-based optimization strategies
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including keyword rankings, site traffic, backlink profiles, and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as content, development, analytics, and marketing to ensure alignment with SEO best practices
  • Provide recommendations for improving site structure, content, and overall search visibility
  • Track and report on SEO performance, initiatives, and ongoing optimizations
  • Create and optimize website content, including metadata, landing pages, and blog content
  • Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve issues impacting site crawlability and indexing
  • Support link-building initiatives, including both internal linking strategies and external outreach
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging tactics

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
  • Strong understanding of search engine functionality, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance reporting
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture is preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
