Freeman+Leonard is seeking a Marketing Manager for a restaurant client
This is a HYBRID role in Dallas, TX
The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing strategic local marketing programs to drive sales, traffic and guest engagement. This position supports both Franchise and Corporate owned restaurants, with a hands-on approach developing programs that can scale across the system. In addition, this role is challenged to evolve the Focus Store and NSO initiatives to improve impact and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and implement the marketing strategy for corporate across all channels to reach established sales goals.

Manage systems to track LRM activity, create calendars and monitor performance to report progress back to cross functional and leadership team.

Design and manage Local Store Marketing Programs and work with franchisees to implement LRM initiatives.

Act as the primary point of contact for all field-based marketing related questions.

Manage agency partners to assist with development of local marketing collateral to ensure it is on-brand and on-strategy.

Evaluate promotional, sponsorship and event opportunities that can positively impact a market. Coordinate market-wide implementation of approved programs.

Evaluate success and ROI on marketing programs in designated areas.

Lead Franchise Partners, FBD and cross functional teams to develop intensified marketing plans for under-performing/focus stores.

Plan and execute all new store opening promotions.

Plan and execute all re-image store reopening events and marketing plans.

Act as the voice of the local market restaurants while also ensuring that brand positioning, tone, style and standards are adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.

Collaboratively works with and through others to deliver the projects and deliverables on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to produce internal documents, presentations, training sessions, collateral materials and field communications.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s Degree required

Minimum of 5 years of experience, with focus on Marketing, Communications, Restaurant Operations or related field

Cross-functional team leadership/project management
-
Franchise restaurant or retail experience preferred.

Knowledge of general marketing, media placement and advertising required.

A can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and strong internal drive.

Set the strategy and jump in to get hands dirty to make sure plans are well-executed.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
