Job Description

As the Marketing Director, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to efficiently attract and retain patients while driving brand awareness and revenue growth. This role demands a blend of strategic prowess, creativity, and analytical acumen to effectively connect with our target audiences and exceed our marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of successfully orchestrating customer acquisition initiatives. In addition, experience with multi-location businesses, particularly in the healthcare, hospitality, quick-service restaurant (QSR), and/or retail sectors is a plus. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience managing marketing for 400+ locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing Marketing Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Identify target markets, segments, and positioning strategies to drive growth and competitive advantage.
  2. Campaign Management: Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, email, and events. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand messaging and standards.
  3. Leadership: Manage a team of agency partners and marketing professionals to develop brand messaging and positioning strategies that differentiate the brand from competitors and resonate with our target audience.
  4. Brand Management: Lead the development of creative assets and marketing collateral to support brand-building initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints. Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing initiatives. Monitor brand perception and market trends to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
  5. Data, Analysis, and Market Research: Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize marketing tactics. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  6. Innovation: Identify opportunities to leverage emerging marketing channels and technologies to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
  7. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, customer service, and training teams, to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with overall business goals. Communicate marketing plans, objectives, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  8. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor expenses, track spending against budget targets, and provide regular financial reports and forecasts.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years of marketing experience, focusing on client acquisition and brand building
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in multi-location local marketing, for example, retail, QSR, hospitality, or healthcare
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, with proficiency in interpreting data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively, influence stakeholders, and build consensus across cross-functional teams
  • Passion for innovation and a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches to achieve marketing goals.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset
  • Willingness to travel to various office locations as needed
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
