We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager that has direct experience developing and executing marketing campaigns. Corporate bank marketing experience is required.

This role will have direct responsibility for ensuring the success of a wide range of strategic marketing initiatives. Working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will engage directly with executives, regional market leaders, and line of business leaders to identify marketing needs and plan and implement marketing strategies to address those needs. The Marketing Manager will work closely with both marketing and communications team members and subject matter experts in the development of marketing campaign deliverables.

Essential Functions
  1. Working with the Senior Marketing Manager and other members of the marketing and communications department, executes on a wide range of daily marketing activities
  2. Assists with the execution of strategic marketing plans, advertising and promotional campaigns, and communications initiatives to support business objectives
  3. Meets regularly with Bank leaders to discuss corporate and region-specific marketing goals and review marketing campaign progress and results
  4. Assist with the tracking of marketing spend to budget, and prepares budget reports for executive leadership and regional leadership as needed
  5. Working in concert with marketing team members, assists in the development of marketing and sales collateral and other creative deliverables to support local marketing campaigns
  6. Performs media placement for traditional advertising, including print, TV, and out-of-home, and coordinates with outside agency for digital advertising placement
  7. Works in concert with subject matter experts across the Bank to ensure the accuracy and success of marketing materials, campaigns and promotions
  8. Coordinates with and manages outside vendor relationships as needed

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; marketing, advertising, or communications strongly preferred
  • 7-10 years of professional marketing experience required
  • Financial services experience required
  • Corporate bank marketing experience required
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization required
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office suite required; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and WordPress a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be a team player, collaborative, and willing to contribute to a diverse range of projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and demonstrated decision making ability required
