Position Summary
The Content & Project Specialist – Marketing will support the development, coordination, scheduling, and execution of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This role works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support campaigns, content development, communications, marketing operations, and project coordination.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This individual should enjoy collaborating across teams while also being capable of independently driving projects forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and complete marketing-related CRM requests and workflows
- Support third-party vendor onboarding and evaluation processes for the marketing team
- Assist with content creation, proofreading, stakeholder review coordination, and approvals for:
- Case studies
- One-pagers
- Press releases
- Presentations
- Emails
- Social media content
- Blogs
- Event and conference materials
- Coordinate updates to marketing collateral and maintain recurring data refreshes
- Support go-to-market planning and rollout schedules for new products, services, and initiatives
- Partner with creative and design teams to develop marketing assets across email, digital, print, and social channels
- Build and deploy marketing communications through CRM, marketing automation, and social media platforms
- Monitor emerging AI, SEO, and digital visibility trends to support content optimization strategies
- Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and internal resource libraries
- Assist with event and tradeshow coordination alongside cross-functional business teams
- Conduct competitive research and share relevant market insights with internal stakeholders
- Explore new marketing technologies and digital engagement opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and internal process documentation
- Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of marketing experience preferred
- Experience working with:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Content management systems (CMS)
- SEO/AEO tools and analytics platforms
- CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, technologies, and processes
- Self-starter mindset with strong collaboration skills
Additional Information
- Up to 10% travel may be required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
