Major Account Executive
Job Description
The Major Account Executive is responsible for maintaining a book of existing clients as well as new clients as assigned. Must have experience in marketing, account management, client relations or dental marketing. Onsite role (5 days/week) in Clearwater, FL.
RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- Analyzes and organizes customers’ needs and requests.
- Coordinates workflow between various departments within the Company.
- General support for the Clients and Company.
- Operate as lead point of contact for Major Account Executive’s book of current and new clients.
DUTIES
- Builds and maintains personal and long-lasting relationships with clients
- Advise clients on all their marketing needs including online/website, direct mail, print, radio, television, outdoor etc.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of Marketing’s solutions, based on the client’s needs.
- Monitors and adjusts as needed on-going customer marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI for the client
- Forecast and track account metrics to assist in future marketing campaigns.
- Complete final website quality control checklist for every client before the site goes live.
- Identify and communicate opportunities within MAE’s own client base in order to ensure sales growth for both the client and the company.
- Conduct client training calls and presentations including, website review, go live call, phone training, google review, testimonial training, PST implementation and treatment acceptance.
- Assist the accounting department with delinquent bills.
- Assist clients with site emergencies, email issues, transferring sites, launching sites and call measurement system & reporting.
- Create and present to client’s lunch and learn power points presentations.
- Create referral letters.
- Assist in the facilitation of email campaigns.
- Leads and trains client offices in webinar and in-office trainings when scheduled.
- Assists with training new Account Managers.
- Maintains and grows monthly/quarterly/yearly baseline growth numbers (KPI’s).
- Communicates the progress of monthly/quarterly/yearly marketing campaigns to management and customers.
- Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports.
- Special projects or other related tasks and duties as assigned or requested.
