Job Description
We’re seeking a Lead Designer to join our team and take charge of our creative efforts, helping to craft visually compelling digital campaigns that align with our clients’ brands, goals and set their practices apart in a competitive market.
We are seeking a talented designer to join our in-house marketing team who is excited about working across a wide variety of brands, mediums, and project types. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a group that is passionate about great work, telling compelling stories and creating thoughtful experiences for a growing company. A successful candidate will serve as an integral member of our marketing team and should possess experience with digital, web and print design as well as developing creative executions against an overall brand strategy.
As the Lead Designer, you will be the creative heartbeat of our agency, responsible for producing exceptional visual content for dental marketing campaigns. From concept to execution, you’ll ensure our designs communicate effectively, adhere to client branding, and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
? Creative Direction: Lead the creative vision for our clients, ensuring all designs align with client objectives and industry best practices.
? Campaign Development: Collaborate with account managers, strategists, and content teams to create cohesive brand concepts and marketing assets for clients.
? Design Execution: Lead the creation of branding, digital ads, website assets, social media graphics, email campaigns, and more.
? Innovation: Stay ahead of dental marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the table to help our clients stand out in their market.
? Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for all design deliverables, ensuring they are polished, professional, and aligned with client goals.
Qualifications
? Experience: 5-7+ years of professional design experience.
? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
? Technical Expertise:
o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
o Familiarity with digital design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
o Bonus: Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools like After Effects.
? Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, digital campaigns, and print
design.
? Soft Skills:
o Strong leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills.
o Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
o Ability to manage and organize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
o A sharp eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
