Freeman+Leonard is seeking a LATAM Marketing Manager for an entertainment company
This is a hybrid role in Culver City
MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH OR PORTUGUESE 
MUST have social media and events experience

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead both social media and experiential marketing (conventions/events) across Latin America and North America. The role will be focused approximately 60% on LATAM and 40% on North America, depending on business needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage or support local agencies and resources in LATAM
  • Plan and execute regional events and promotions in LATAM and North America
  • Collaborate with partners on cross-promotions and marketing activations
  • Track distribution/licensing initiatives and align marketing accordingly
  • Interpret insights and trends to shape social media strategy
  • Translate data into actionable campaigns and initiatives
  • Brainstorm and support creative promotions across both regions
  • Attend and support conventions (approx. 3x/year)
  • Coordinate approvals with global teams for marketing assets
  • Oversee asset approvals from third-party partners

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of relevant social media experience
  • Background or strong interest in experiential/event marketing
  • Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Have
Passion for anime, fandom, or entertainment
Experience in the entertainment industry or related sectors

This is position is full-time and exempt.
Salary is $80K.
