Job Description

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Strategist to design, execute, and optimize digital funnels that generate high-quality leads and drive measurable revenue growth for our clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across funnel development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and tech stack integration. You will partner closely with account managers, creative teams, and paid media specialists to ensure our campaigns don’t just drive traffic but convert it. Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week in Clearwater, FL.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Funnel Development & Optimization
  • Architect end-to-end sales funnels tailored to client goals, from awareness to sale.
  • Build, test, and refine squeeze pages, landing pages, and nurture sequences.
  • Conduct funnel audits to identify friction points and drop-offs.
Conversion Strategy
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to improve landing page performance, CTAs, and offers.
  • Develop hypotheses and run experiments to increase lead-to-sale conversion rates.
  • Recommend optimizations based on quantitative data (analytics) and qualitative data (user behavior).
Tech Stack & Integration
  • Leverage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to connect and track funnel performance.
  • Ensure seamless integration of paid media, email, SMS, and retargeting into the funnel.
  • Advise on best practices for data capture, lead scoring, and automation workflows.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Define and monitor KPIs for client funnels (conversion rates, CPL, CAC, ROAS, etc.).
  • Deliver actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Translate data into strategies that drive scalable growth.
Collaboration & Client Partnership
  • Work with account managers to understand client objectives and translate them into funnel strategies.
  • Partner with creative, paid media, and SEO teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Educate clients on funnel performance and growth opportunities.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or CRO-focused role (agency experience a plus).
  • Proven track record in building and optimizing digital funnels that convert.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, ClickFunnels, Webflow, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker, etc.).
  • Solid grasp of paid media ecosystems (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and how they fuel funnel performance.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and strategic concepts to clients.


MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE
  • Increased funnel conversion rates across clients.
  • Reduced cost per lead (CPL) and improved cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Successful execution of A/B tests with measurable uplift.
  • Clear improvements in lead-to-sale ratios for client accounts.
  • Positive client satisfaction and retention tied to funnel performance.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months
