Director of Local Marketing
Job Description
Freeman+Leonard is seeking a Director of Local Marketing for a dental company.
This will be a full time role with benefits onsite in North Dallas.
The Director of Local Marketing will play a pivotal role in developing and executing local marketing strategies for our 150 dental offices in eight states. This individual will work closely with the central marketing team, office managers, and field management to drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness in the communities we serve. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in multi-location retail or healthcare marketing and a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive local marketing plans for each of our 150 dental offices.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to align local strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify local trends, competition, and opportunities.
- Create and oversee local advertising and promotional campaigns, including digital, print, and community events.
- Monitor and optimize local marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with office managers to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all locations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local media, community organizations, and partners to enhance our presence in each market.
- Monitor the performance of local marketing initiatives, track key performance indicators, and generate regular reports for field management and executives.
- Provide guidance and support to the field management team to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in local marketing.
- Act as the point of contact for local marketing inquiries and communication between the central marketing team and field management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in multi-location retail or healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful local marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
- Willingness to travel to various office locations as needed.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
