Job Description
Freeman+Leonard is looking for a Copywriter for a hospitality client.
This is a direct hire opportunity, remote in the United States.
REQUIRED: omnichannel digital marketing background, in-house experience, 10-15% travel
The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of copywriting experience and possess a desire to learn the overall business of the company, generate branding concepts, as well as create copy for a variety of print collateral and digital communication. Experience with social media, web, long-form print collateral campaigns, video scripts, and e-publications preferred. Experience in corporate and/or agency style environment required.
The ideal candidate enjoys working individually on a project as well as in a team environment alongside our Graphic Designers, Managers, and Digital Marketing team. The position focuses on writing and reviewing copy for content, consistency of style, grammar, punctuation, and spelling for printed communication as well as emails, landing pages, websites, social media, and video scripts. The position will also assist in the development of unique, new concepts for campaigns such as club reinventions and new national projects.
Responsibilities:

Create persuasive content for printed communication, branding strategies,

Collaborate with the other Copywriters, Graphic Designers and Marketing Managers

to generate content that meets expectations

Review and proofread content for proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling

Adhere to branding standards of voice and tone across the company and its associated brands
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in corporate and agency style environment

Experience with social media, web, long-form print collateral campaigns, video scripts

Able to draft ideas quickly and give/take creative feedback

Excellent proofreading and editing skills
