Job Description
We are seeking an experienced D2C brand marketing leader to elevate and expand a well-established consumer brand.
This is an onsite role in Farmers Branch
This role will shape brand strategy, develop breakthrough creative, and drive brand awareness, affinity, and growth across channels.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building strong direct-to-consumer brands that deliver measurable business results. You bring strong creative instincts, a passion for storytelling, and experience turning brand strategy into compelling campaigns that drive revenue and engagement.
You will define and evolve brand identity, own the brand calendar, lead content and creative production, and collaborate across teams to build a recognizable, emotionally resonant brand. This role requires a rare blend of creative leadership and operational execution.

What You’ll Do
On any given day, you might be:
- Partnering with social and creative teams to ideate standout campaign concepts
- Reviewing and editing copy and content across web, email, paid media, landing pages, and brand channels
- Identifying strategic collaborators, creators, and partnerships aligned with brand goals
- Translating consumer insights and research into actionable brand strategies
- Designing go-to-market plans for new collection launches across channels
Core Responsibilities
- Refine and evolve brand identity, voice, and narrative across all customer touchpoints
- Lead and grow a high-performance brand marketing team, including social, content, creative, email, affiliates, events, and PR
- Manage the brand marketing calendar and go-to-market strategy for product launches and brand campaigns
- Develop and manage consistent brand assets to ensure a cohesive identity and experience
- Drive strategic brand collaborations and partnerships that build long-term equity
- Use consumer insights and market research to fuel brand strategy and creative direction
- Define brand health metrics and develop strategies to improve awareness, affinity, and consideration
- Partner with digital commerce to build a connected customer journey across acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Champion a customer-first mindset and elevate brand standards across all internal and external communications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of D2C brand marketing leadership experience (home, fashion, beauty, lifestyle categories preferred)
- Proven success developing high-impact brand campaigns and creative content
- Strategic thinker with strong storytelling and creative direction skills
- Experience leading internal teams and external agency partners
- Highly collaborative leader with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to balance brand-building with commercial outcomes
- Data-informed decision maker with strong accountability and ownership
- Passion for culture, design, creativity, and modern brand building
