Our client is a full-service marketing + communications agency that delivers it all, from brand strategy, creative development, public relations, digital marketing, social media and web. We’re on the hunt for a mid-level Account Supervisor with 3-4 years of agency experience to support and lead integrated accounts. This role requires a confident communicator and strategic thinker who can build strong client relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and help ensure every project is executed with excellence. This is hybrid in Addison, TX

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of agency experience (required)
  • Proven expertise in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong background in B2B marketing with an emphasis on creative, web and digital
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking and project management skills

Role + Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day management of multiple client accounts
  • Drive the execution of integrated campaigns, with a strong focus on creative, digital and web initiatives
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, clearly translating client needs into actionable deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with creative, digital, web and PR teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution
  • Create and oversee project timelines, scopes, budgets, and resource allocation to keep all projects on schedule and budget
  • Lead and participate in client calls, presentations, and ongoing communications with confidence and clarity
  • Review and edit team deliverables to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Analyze data to drive optimization and present actionable insights
  • Support strategic planning and creative brief development
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance, feedback and support for growth
  • Stay sharp on industry trends, tools, and competitive insights to add strategic value

Job Skills + Tools
  • Proficiency with tools like Sprout Social, Google Analytics, CRM/ESP platforms, project management platforms (Basecamp, Trello), etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects across varying clients
  • A natural communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Curious, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience across multiple verticals, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services, is a strong plus
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
