A leading experiential marketing agency is seeking a talented Account Manager to support their Marketing Director within a newly developed technology division focused on AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for someone who blends traditional marketing expertise with emerging tech awareness and thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.
The agency specializes in sports, entertainment, and technology marketing, and this position will play a key part in shaping client programs that integrate innovation with experiential strategy.
What You’ll Do
  • Support AI-driven marketing programs: Develop and execute marketing initiatives while applying a foundational understanding of artificial intelligence and how it can elevate client solutions.
  • Create polished client materials: Build and manage presentations, decks, and light design assets with a refined creative eye and minimal supervision.
  • Serve as a primary client contact: Lead communication with clients, present ideas, nurture relationships, and ensure satisfaction across all engagements.
  • Manage multiple projects at once: Oversee timelines, deliverables, and priorities across several clients or internal initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to translate client needs into clear strategies and deliverables.
  • Analyze performance data: Review campaign or engagement metrics and convert findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Keep everything organized: Track deliverables, communications, and internal tasks with strong follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners: Manage outside agencies or third-party partners to ensure quality, deadlines, and expectations are met.
  • Support website-related tasks (nice-to-have): Leverage basic knowledge of website development to assist with landing pages, simple updates, or vendor collaboration.

What You Bring
  • Background in marketing, account management, or a hybrid creative/strategic role
  • Awareness of AI concepts and how emerging tools can support marketing solutions
  • Strong presentation, writing, and organizational skills
  • Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Creative sensibility and comfort producing simple visuals or design elements
  • Bonus: Exposure to website development, CMS platforms, or digital production workflows
