We are seeking an Associate Director of Project Management that can seamlessly integrate and coordinate workflow between all departments – Creative, Account Service, Strategic Planning, Digital, Internal Production Departments and outside agencies. This role is instrumental in planning effective approaches to implement effective retail programming and support for the agency's telecommunications client.
The role proactively works with stakeholders and a cross-discipline team, from strategy to technology, to drive work forward from idea to fruition, intaking work and prioritizing the queue to keep the team focused on impact, ultimately driving growth for our business. The Associate Director, PM has the ability to multitask and stays on top of all programs for clients. A thoughtful leader in analyzing business processes and developing a system that that works for multiple teams and workstreams. Communicates project statuses and deliverables between internal departments, clients or outside agency partners to ensure overall coordination for project completion. As appropriate, revises work plans and resources assignments to meet changing deadlines and requirements. They are always looking for opportunities to increase efficiency in our processes and workflows. They take initiative to identify inefficiencies and roadblocks and work with the appropriate cross-functional teams to drive meaningful change.
Core Accountabilities
· Has experience across large, complex and cross-functional teams—including the ability to identify scope and resource needs, develop integrated timelines, work plans and specifications, estimate and allocate resources in service of the plan and its dependencies, and use tools like Microsoft Teams and Workfront to queue and track tasks
· Builds relationships among all departments to ensure a harmonious work environment and ultimately meet all deadlines
· Is adept at navigating overlapping timelines, deliverables and workloads and creative and potentially technology intersections
· Is a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with strong inter-personal, analytical, problem-solving, listening, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
· Has the ability to assume a leadership role in managing projects, with proven mentoring, growth and team-building skills
· Coordinates pre-production planning and ensures seamless hand-off to appropriate production team
o Works with client’s team to adhere to production guidelines
· Ensures project management system used for documenting and tracking projects is up to date and accurate. Experience with Workfront is a plus
· Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, managing effective communication across all internal teams

Requirements
· Experience - 8+ years at an agency or other project management work
· Education Four-Year Degree (preferred, but not required)
· Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
· Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex simultaneous projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
· Knowledge of digital technologies a plus
· Team player, get it done attitude is a must
